Minerva School formalizes this commitment through a "propound spirit of partnership involving the students, staff, and parents". One effective strategy we use to build this connection is through the Positive Parenting Programme (PPP). The PPP involves regular workshops conducted by professionals, helping parents gain the in-depth understanding and knowledge needed to support their children.

This partnership is built on shared goal-setting. Teachers and parents collaborate on specific goals—from improving social skills to developing proficiency in the EVM (Ethics, Values, & Morals) program. When parents are included, they feel valued, and children benefit from having consistent support from both home and school. Encouraging parent participation in school events and activities further strengthens this bond, fostering a sense of community where parents and teachers are seen as united partners.
